Explicit NSFWUpfront payment required after sketch is approved. Payment is through PayPal only. Invoices will be sent following approval of the sketch. If cancellation is requested afterwards, a 50% fee will be incurred. Cancellation before the invoice is sent come at no additional fee.Unlimited revisions in sketch phase. Extreme revisions, i.e outfit/pose/large changes will incur an additional fee. Minor changes or fixing mistakes made by the artist will not come at any extra charge.I will send updates as I finish major steps in the art process or make edits as requested. I can give updates on request. You can also track the status of your commission on my Trello!Communication will be through Twitter or Discord DMs or email.Works will take 2 weeks at minimum to complete, but can take up to 2 months depending on the complexity of the project and my overall workload.I retain original copyright and ownership of my work. This includes but may not be limited to redistribution, reproduction, advertisement, and the display of the work on my social media, websites, and portfolios.Process is likely to be posted to Twitter and/or streamed on Twitch unless requested otherwise by the client. A NDA or confidential commission status may be subject to a +25% fee.Clients have exclusive rights for personal use of my work and must not be transferred to others. Personal use includes but may not be limited to social media profile pictures, themes, layouts, wallpapers, social media posts, and physical prints and products that are not for sale or distribution to any other parties.Commercial licenses and reselling rights are not included unless specified in the commission information or otherwise discussed and agreed upon. Commercial use includes usage on streams, broadcast content, or any monetized work such as merchandise, monetized videos, or music releases.Commercial licenses will be subject to an additional +100% fee.Any work done or made available to the client must not be used for AI. Such usage is completely prohibited and may result in legal action.Clients may not claim work as their own or anyone else's and must credit me as the artist.
